About the session
With ever-increasing demands on our transport network and a customer base with increasing access to mobile communications and the Internet, the transport technology of the future is moving towards greater intelligence, autonomy and connectivity. We invited early career professionals to explore this by submitting an abstract on intelligent mobility within the railway industry. The successful finalists were selected and asked to produce a paper to present on 27 November 2014. The winner and runner up of this competition will be awarded a prize on the evening.
